For eligible SBG new-build projects, coverage of the premium for a separately concluded building-insurance policy for up to five years is planned, subject to written confirmation with Mobiliar General Agency Lenzburg. Policy and campaign terms govern all details.
Two years of personal aftercare after acceptance. We centrally receive defect notices and coordinate assessment and, where contractually owed, rectification. Statutory and contractual rights remain unaffected.
Depending on the project, we plan proven systems including Geberit. Bathroom and living products may also be sourced through the Swiss REUTER shop. Compatibility, availability, warranty and professional installation are checked before order.
